We are looking for everyday hero that would help our customers with their needs. We help people to be successful online, to build website around their needs quickly without having any advanced coding skills or technical knowledge. There are times when a little help is needed and that is where you come in - because one of our very important market is Sweden, we need a colleague who speaks and writes Swedish fluently, can communicate well and is not scared of ocassional translations and localization work.
What we need from you?
The most important thing for this position is customer approach - to be able to represent Webnode, find the best solution for customer and communicate it with him. Previous experience from customer care position is very appreciated and welcome but it is not a necessity if you are fast learner and technology is your friend.
