We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Director to lead a dynamic team in driving sales of a premium B2B product globally. The workplace is located to Northern Bohemia. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall sales strategy, overseeing business activities worldwide, and leading an experienced team of up to 50 individuals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles, with a focus on premium products and global markets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth and exceed targets.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (C1 level or equivalent).
Dynamic personality with a passion for sales, a high level of energy, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Willingness to work in the Northern Bohemia region (approx. 1 hour to drive from Prague)
