We are looking for Facility Buyer/Manager to control several business objects in different locations in Europe.
What are the key features of this position?
* Focus on European Facility Management Suppliers (supplier portfolio)
* Purchase volume of approx. 64 Mio€ / year
* Business trips within Europe
What will be your responsibilities and daily tasks?
* Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for facility management in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (Corporate and sites)
* Strive for TCO reduction
* Manage the category from analysis to contracting
* Monitor Supplier Performance and ensure compliance
* Savings reporting
* Stakeholder and Supplier Relationship Management
What qualification, personal competencies and skills are required for this position?
* Completed studies in business or engineering
* Min. 5 years work experience in Indirect Purchasing / Supply Chain / Strategic Purchasing / Office Management
* Fluent Business English; German would be an advantage
* Good Software skills – MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Solid negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of contract law
* Experience in facility management
* Used to work in a matrix organization
*Team player in international teams
* Mind-set to optimize e.g. processes and conditions
* Intercultural competences and availability to travel abroad
* Self-motivated and eager to find new solutions as well as hands-on
