Goal
Your position as a Technical Support Specialist is primarily destined to provide technical assistance to customers via ticketing system, email and phone. You will analyze field issues in collaboration with different internal teams and ensure their fast resolution.

What are we looking for
The position requires technical proficiency, particularly in Enterprise systems encompassing networking and software security fundamentals. Practical familiarity with embedded devices and hardware interfaces is highly desirable. Prior experience with Access Control or Time & Attendance systems is considered advantageous.
Your tasks in detail:
· Handling customer technical support cases through ticketing system, emails, and phone.
· Conduct remote sessions to troubleshoot the field issues.
· Reproduce the issues and report to internal teams with steps and details.
· Collaborate with repair and logistics team to handle RMA process.
· Update ticketing system with resolution steps and KB articles.
· Maintain system functionality by testing system features and provide feedback to internal teams.
These capabilities we would expect:
· Enterprise systems utilizing a server-client architecture.
· Familiarity with networking and software security principles.
· Understanding of embedded devices.
· Practical experience with hardware interfaces such as RS485, RS232, Wiegand, etc.
· Proficient communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
In addition, this would be nice to have:
· Experience with Physical Access Control systems or Time and Attendance (T&A) systems.
