On the Desenio and Posterstore websites, you will find a wide selection of posters, frames, paintings, and other accessories for your homes, offices, and public spaces - all inspired by Scandinavian style and the latest trends. In 2022, Desenio Group opened a new, modern logistics center for Europe in the Czech Republic. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST!
We offer an opportunity to become part of our dynamic international team. If you enjoy communicating with people and using English and German every day, then we are looking for you!
• You will provide excellent customer service via email, chat, phone, and social media
• You will solve customer inquiries and requests with kindness and a professional approach - Common tasks may include resolving issues related to shipments, payments, complaints, returns, and product information.
• You will provide customers with useful tips and recommendations - you will assist them in effectively using our services or combining our products - e.g., our AI Imaginator
• You will be perfectly oriented in our portfolio of products and services and assist customers with selection, including features, pricing, and availability
• You will communicate in English and German with our customers primarily in German-speaking countries (DACH Region - Germany, Austria, Switzerland), as well as in other markets, and solve their needs and requests.
• You will be in daily contact with colleagues from the Design, Marketing, Sales departments, and others, who are based in Sweden
• Communication will primarily be via email, but you will often meet online via MS Teams or receive phone calls.
• Work in a dynamic international environment of a developing company, where you will actively use a foreign language every day

• You are empathetic and customer-oriented
• You can communicate in English and German, and you have no problem communicating by phone. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
• You are able to commute to office in Bor (Tachov) at least twice a week
• You are able to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work under pressure
• Previous experience in customer service is advantage
• You are not afraid to work with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• You can work independently as well as in a team
• We are open to everyone without exception. If you have recently graduated - no problem. We are happy to train fresh graduates. The job is also possible part-time (e.g., while studying at university and also in another situation, when you can´t work full time)
