A Beire Sales and Account Manager will support the client journey from targeted account marketing through the final delivery of an exhibition stand or virtual showroom (metaverse products). Account managers support clients with the development of creative products and proposals, marketing content generation, analytics, CRM management, creative development, and assist project managers in ensuring the final exhibition stand is delivered in a way that surprises and delights our clients.
Beire's typical client accounts are marketing departments from multi-national corporations based in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, Scandinavia, and the US. Beire typically supports these clients in Western Europe but has also completed projects in many different geographies including the US, Middle East, and Asia
Career progression from this role will develop on an account management track with the addition of commission-based compensation. Account managers are expected to earn 3-4x times their base salary each quarter in commissions with a full client portfolio. Clients revisit exhibitions, so a large component is repeated, not one-time sales.
The account manager will report directly to a senior director and will work closely with the marketing, creative and graphic, and project management teams. Specifically, the responsibilities are:
Develop new relationships with exhibiting corporate clients at exhibitions and tradefairs to achieve growth and profitability targets
In conjunction with the marketing team, systematically qualify, engage, and convert sales leads into revenue opportunities

Experience with B2B business development, customer service, client management, sales, creative production, familiarity with CRM software, email campaigns, and analytics. Formal training in business and marketing studies.

Base compensation is negotiable based on language skills, professional skills, experience, seniority, and term.
