JYSK is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader.
Do you want to be part of the team that aims to be best customer service in Czech republic and Slovakia?
Are you positive, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to make customer happy? Are you result-driven, proactive, quick to make independent decisions and adaptable to change, can work with and through the team to reach your goals? Then you might be just the one we are looking for.
As we are working in a busy environment, you should also be able to plan, prioritize and follow up. Being a Team Leader at JYSK means you will be in charge of daily operations. We expect you to have pro-active approach and strong leadership skills. Performance monitoring and making fast actions based on KPI’s is something that should be natural for you. In this position you will have 4-8 direct reports (Customer Service Supporters) and you will coach employees on a daily basis to help them reach their full potential. You also understand the importance of team´s wellbeing and how you can influence on that. You will report to Customer Service Manager of JYSK Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In addition to team leader tasks you will work alongside with the team on handling our customer requests. Together with the team you secure that our customers receive first class customer service. We serve our customers through phone, email, chat and social medial. We expect you to be able to work in the channels mentioned above at the same time.
Customer Service at JYSK includes active and goal-oriented sales work and we expect you to show a great example of right sales attitude to the team. We do not make cold calls, we focus on naturally finding and selling the most suitable products to our customers’ needs.
Claim handling plays a big role in our everyday life as well. You are not afraid of even the most challenging customer situations – instead you find a solution to their problem and turn it as positive customer experience. You naturally take responsibility and are able to make independent decisions rather fast.

Opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 16:00 on weekends. You will work in the same shifts as the team does.
