Role Summary:
An exciting and challenging vacancy has become available at Pedersen & Partners – Research Analyst/Office Manager, based in the Prague, Czech Republic.
She/He will partner with the consultants to deliver high-end Executive Search services not only for clients in the Czech Republic but also internationally. The role is diverse, giving the chance to have a real impact on project execution and continuously learn our business inside out.
From market research to candidates' identification, all the way through to handling the project deliverables, the work performed will be vital to the successful delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, identify executives, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates for Executive Search assignments through the internal firm network, external resources, and market outreach.
Prepare reports related to the Executive Search process.
Assist senior consultants with administrative tasks, maintaining databases in accordance with the company's standards.
Office management
profile:
Fluent English is a must.
University Degree or currently obtaining
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer (MS applications) skills.
Dynamic with good time management skills, high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player, hardworking and committed to delivering results.
Nice, pleasant, open minded and supportive.
