The MAN Group, one of Europe's largest players in the field of traffic engineering, is a manufacturer and supplier of trucks, buses, diesel engines, turbo technology and special transmission equipment.
We are looking for a skilled professional Manager of the spare department, whom we offer a team of skilled colleagues based in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We would like to welcome someone who is not afraid to take hold of already started processes and expertly guide his team as a proper leader.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with excellent English language skills and a desire to deliver a new strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Management and optimization of support processes and trade with spare parts of the brand MAN;
- Responsibility for simulation, registration, creation and distribution of spare parts price list;
- Responsibility for the market strategy;
- Responsibility for service network;
- Market analysis, competition and pricing, analysis of KPI results;
- Caring for and motivating the team
- Interact with department personnel (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Care Service department;
- Participate in the internal communication and change management activities
- Organize regular meetings with key users to collect and analyze users’ feedback in terms of performance and potential improvement of the functionalities.
- Preparation of presentations;
- Resolving customer complaints;
- Communication with Munich
- Preparation of reports
- Other administrative work.

We require:
- English (B2 – C1), any other languages will be considered a plus
- Czech/Slovak language - Native
- University education (Master´s or bachelor´s degree);
- 5 more years of experience in an international environment;
- Experience and knowledge with the spare parts of vehicles or similar - required;
- Proven ability to work independently;
- Good stakeholder management & strong communication skills;
- Influential personality to get ideas across in an understandable way;
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities
- An ability to manage several projects at the same time
- An excellent working knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Have a compliance mind-set
