Palasino Group, a.s., a leading casino and gaming operator based in the Czech Republic, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant (m/w) for their Chief Operating Officer (COO).
· Organising of meetings, draft agenda, collect updates, take meeting minutes, follow up on items with stakeholders
· Time/diary management
· Outlook email organisation and management
· Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
· Understanding priorities of the COO and developing the ability to act accordingly
· Anticipating situations and act with certain levels of emotional intelligence
· Responding to urgent requests
· Researching and preparing reports, presentations and briefs
· Communicating with suppliers
· Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
· Assisting with organising events, training and workshops
· Liaising with operational unit management
· Liaising with company marketing department
· Proven experience as a EA
· Highly developed organizational and computer skills
· Self starter who shows initiative
· Maturity to handle a range of situations
· A meticulous and thorough nature
· An ability to work to tight deadlines;
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Czech/English)
· Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
· Team player, enthusiastic, motivated, self-confident
· Driving licence (B)
