We are hiring a Customer Support Representative! The CSR the first line of support for all PrimeRevenue customers which include Buyers, Suppliers, Funding Partners and Reseller Partners. This Level 1 Support TEAM is responsible for managing all incoming inquiries. Currently, our global support TEAM closes nearly 3,000 cases each month.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
General
Participate in recurring cross-function updates on roadmap prioritization and progress.
Be the subject matter expert on your product, its capabilities, and how it addresses market needs.
Support the commercial teams by serving as the face of the product during customer, prospect, and strategic partner meetings as needed including performing live product demos.
Idea Generation
Lead the voice of customer program for your product by uncovering quantitative and qualitative market insights.
Field, review, and respond to feature requests from internal and external users.
Screening
Make product prioritization decisions aligned to strategic vision, market needs, and stakeholder feedback.
Define value statements anchored in business problems along with measurements of success.
Present the results of your screening and decision-making to gain buy in and approval form leadership.
Prioritization
Own, prioritize, and defend the roadmap for your product.
Work with business analysts to break down larger ideas into iterative epics prioritized across the roadmap.
Concept Development
Collaborate with business analysts to articulate business requirements and identify critical functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with product designers to articulate UI/UX requirements.
Product Build
Act as the voice of the customer for the Scrum team.
Attend and provide feedback during relevant Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release reviews.
Validation
Lead UAT with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, strategic partners and customers.
Launch
Develop and execute on launch communication plans for both internal and external users.
Track and report success metrics post launch.
